In co-operation with other equipment suppliers, we design and manufacture high quality multi-stage cleaning systems for processing continuous strip substrate materials. The process materials can be in coiled or sheet form. Mild steel or aluminum sheet metal is thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to application of paint or other coatings.

Continental Equipment Corp. designs and manufactures spray quench systems to cool and dry painted sheet stock after emerging from a paint bake oven. Due to high speed production requirements, these units also quickly set the paint coatings by using ambient temperature water. Squeegee rolls and high pressure blow off knives strip residual water from the stock, allowing material to flash dry due to retained heat. |
